Meet the people behind MG

MG is a community first, but every community needs people who keep the lights on, open doors and look after the details. These are the people behind MG.

Cenk is a Senior Engineering Manager (AVP) leading mobile engineering at Emirates NBD, and an AAA mobile game developer at heart. He founded Mobile Guild in December 2025 to bring Dubai's senior technology leaders into one trusted room, and leads MG today.

Cem Gultekin, Advisor

Cem is General Manager at Maritime Deniz İnşaat and advises MG on growth, partnerships and running the community as a long-term business.
